Native American Student Association

Welcome to the Native Students’ Stories website from the University of Michigan. This website is a collection of the memories, photos, histories, and events made by Native American students at UM. Founded in 1972 the Native American Student Organization is a space of community for Native Americans on and off campus. Focused on regular events that support the development and care of a Native community on campus, NASA brings together students for cultural events, community events, and educational events. It is a group of friends who share the experience of being Native at UM and often the shared goals of making UM a better place for present and future Native students.
